Raised in West Covina, Ginny moved to Taft with her husband, Randy Miller, in 1978. She has two children – Melissa and Andrew. Ginny received her Associate Degree from Mt San Antonio Junior College in Walnut and retired from West Kern Water District where she was the Assistant to Director of Finance. Ginny is a member of Soroptomist and an active participant in the Taft community and served on the Taft City School Board for 10 years.

Serves on the Finance Committee.
