No board member receives at any time any of the net earnings or profits from the organization. However, this shall not prevent the payment to any such person of reasonable compensation for services rendered to or for the organization. Such compensation shall be fixed by the Board of Directors and shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per meeting.
