We are here to meet you and your family’s urgent illnesses or minor injuries. If you are experiencing an emergency such as sudden illness, severe headache pain, shortness of breath, etc. please call 911 and request an immediate medical response.

Prevention

Wellness and your physical and mental well-being may be your recovery from an illness or injury or a personal plan for a healthy life style through nutrition and exercise. The West Side Health Care District is committed to your health in both recovery and prevention.
